Short version: I collect as little as possible, and I don't sell or share any of it.
The contact form. When you send a message, I collect your name, email, and what you write, and I use it only to reply. It's handled through Netlify (who host this site) and Google reCAPTCHA (which blocks spam). You only go on a mailing list if you tick the box to opt into it.
The scoping tool. The tool at /scope works without any details at all: you see your result before you're asked for anything. If you then ask for a call or for the one-page plan, I collect what you type plus the answers you picked, so I can write you something useful rather than generic.
The mailing list. Both forms carry an unticked box you can tick to get the occasional email from me with insights into Notion, Automation and AI. Tick it and I keep your address for that until you tell me to stop. Leave it and nothing happens. Every email I send will have a way to unsubscribe, and I won't add you any other way.
Analytics. I use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and which channels bring them here. It sets cookies and collects standard, aggregate usage data. It doesn't tell me who you are.
Your choices. You can block cookies in your browser and this site will still work. If you'd like anything you've sent me deleted, ask through the contact form and I'll take care of it.
Both Netlify and Google process data on my behalf under their own privacy terms. Last updated 30 July 2026.
