Systems + automation for small business

Run the business, not the busywork.

I build the operating system your business runs on: intake to invoice, in Notion and automation. Fixed price, delivered in weeks, and your team can run it without me.

Before I sold a single system, I built one: a six-platform operations stack inside a live events business. The numbers below are from that build.

0 hours of admin recovered per year, estimated across the full pipeline
0% estimated return against the platform costs of running it
0 events a year coordinated through the workspace

What I do

Three ways I get time back for you.

Main offering

Custom Notion workspaces

A workspace built around how your business actually runs, not a template you have to bend yourself around. Client pipelines, task flows that generate themselves, dashboards that answer "what needs doing today?" at a glance.

Designed with you, delivered in weeks, and owned by you from day one.

  • Pipelines
  • Dashboards
  • Automated tasks
  • Team visibility

Automation and AI

Multi-step automations connecting the tools you already use. Enquiry forms that create records on their own, quotes that schedule themselves, reports that write their own first draft. The admin that eats your week, handled. Where it earns its place, I build custom Claude Skills, the same ones my own practice runs on.

  • Zapier
  • Claude Skills
  • Google Workspace
  • Your existing tools

Process and knowledge capture

The way your business runs, out of people's heads and into systems anyone on the team can use. Pricing logic, procedures, the things only one person knows. If losing a key person would hurt, this is the fix.

  • Documentation
  • Structured databases
  • Training material

I run my own business on the same stack. Notion, automation, and custom Claude Skills, all working together to lighten the load.

How it works

No lock-in. No jargon. Yours.

  1. We talk

A no-cost conversation about your business and where the hours are going. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.

  2. I build

A fixed-price proposal, then a build measured in weeks, not months, in your accounts and on your subscriptions. You own every piece from the first day, so nothing depends on me sticking around.

  3. You run it

A proper handover: documentation in plain language, a walkthrough with the people who'll use it, and a support period so the system sticks rather than gathering dust.

About

I built these systems to survive my own job.

I spent 18 years in live events and audio production: mixing concerts, managing crews, and for the last four, running client accounts and delivery for a $2M events business, about 70 events a year. When the admin threatened to swallow the job, I automated it. Intake forms, scheduling, crew briefs, reporting: one connected system instead of a hundred small manual chores.

Now I build the same thing for other small businesses. Not software you have to figure out alone, but systems shaped around the way you already work, explained in plain language, and documented so your team can run them without me.
